Â > I would like to know how the real time shipping tracking works.
- Your customer placed an order
- You get order notification and order status is set to "Q" - queued for payment or "P" - payment processed.
- After you actually ship the order, you go to Control panel -> Orders -> Details
- Enter tracking number for this order
- Change order status to "C" - completed and click "Update".
- At this moment customer will get order completed notification with tracking number inside.
