Offline credit card processing

Your store is set to manual credit card processing be default. Go to Payment methods, check if "Credit Card" method is enabled and set to HTTPS (secure connection). Try to place a test order - notifications will be sent to store orders department and a customer. Store admin will be able to see payment information (CC number) in Orders -> details -> Order details field.
